Products
This video explains the My Products tab in the Smart Send Premium app for Shopify. As you may know Shopify doesn’t store dimensions against products and in Australia all carriers charge for their services based on the greater of the deadweight or cubic volume of the goods sent.
The My Products tab allows merchants to enter dimensions for products to ensure real time shipping quotes can be displayed at checkout via the app.
Fulfillment
This video explains how to fulfill orders via the Smart Send Premium app for Shopify. Australian merchants can quickly and easily fulfill orders with a few mouse clicks. PDF shipping labels and tracking numbers are returned to Shopify upon fulfillment also, allowing merchants and buyers to track goods in transit.
Bulk Import Product Dimensions
This video explains how to upload dimensions for multiple products via a csv file in the Smart Send Premium app for Shopify.

Multi-item Products
This video explains how to add multi-item products to the Smart Send Premium app for Shopify.
As you may know, Shopify does not store multi-item products in the admin section of Shopify.
The Smart Send Premium app for Shopify allows a merchant to add multi-item products to the My Products tab in the app. This then means real time shipping quotes at checkout will be correct and include all items and weights/dimensions for the items being shipped in an order.
Smart Packing
This video explains the Smart Pack option in the Smart Send Premium app for Shopify. Smart Pack uses smart logic to calculate the smallest possible package to be used to ship an order with multiple items. This allows merchants to save considerable money on shipping costs over the long term. Shipping quotes based on Smart Pack orders is calculated in real time at Shopify checkout for buyers (and merchants at fulfillment).
